Frozen Tofu Stewed with Cabbage

Soak the cabbage heart in light salt water for about 10 minutes, clean it and set aside

Cut the cabbage into strips; frozen tofu is thawed cold

Slice pork, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and cooking wine to marinate for about 10 minutes, peel the potatoes, wash and cut into hob blocks

Add cabbage strips and potato wedges and stir fry

Add salt, mushroom powder, light soy sauce to taste, turn off the heat

Tips:
1. The pork is marinated with cooking wine and light soy sauce to taste fresh and tender.
2. The potatoes should be simmered, and the cabbage should not be simmered, otherwise it will not taste good.
