Garlic Pork Tenderloin

Prepared ingredients.

Cut the pork loin into thin slices.

Cut into strips again.

Pickle with a little salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and pepper.

Cover with a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator (I have time to refrigerate for half a day)

The marinated meat is evenly coated with a layer of starch, (shaking off the excess starch)

Coat evenly with a layer of egg wash.
8.
Evenly wrap a layer of breadcrumbs.

Cut the ginger garlic chives onions and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, pour the meat strips into the medium-low heat and fry them until cooked.

Leave a little oil at the bottom of the pan and fry the fragrant seasonings, then pour the deep-fried tenderloin strips and stir fry.
12.
Add chili powder, cumin powder and a pinch of salt and mix well (if the previous salt is enough, this salt will be omitted)

It's fragrant in the pot!
