Glutinous Rice Balls

The pork is made into stuffing, (the cooking machine is broken, chopped by hand) chopped green onion, which is easier to use with the meat.

Cut the ginger into shreds and combine it with the minced meat so that the flavor blends well. If you don’t like ginger, you can omit this step...

Cut the carrot into small cubes and set aside. The remaining half can be sliced and saved for later use

Chop the fungus and set aside. If you have a baby at home, you can chop it up a bit for easy digestion.

Put carrots, diced fungus, salt, soy sauce, pepper noodles, sunflower oil into the filling together, and stir until it is strong

The cut carrot slices are ready for serving

Soak the glutinous rice with cold water one night in advance, so that it is easy to steam. (If you want to soak quickly, you can use warm water)

The filling is ready, you can make the balls, one by one, the small round balls, you have to roll in the glutinous rice!

The balls filled with glutinous rice are going to be steamed. Steam them on high heat for 20 minutes!

Tips:
We can replace carrots and fungus with our favorite vegetables and make them in meatballs or try seafood (for example: shrimp and mushroom balls, etc.)
