Prepare the ingredients.

After the cook machine is installed, turn on the power and select the second level of kneading. The dough has been kneaded especially smooth in 3 minutes.

Take out the kneaded dough and put it in a large bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for 30 minutes.

Tips:
1. The noodles of the pancakes should be made softer. It saves much effort to make the noodles with a chef's machine. It will make up in 3 minutes and make it even better.
2. The meat filling seasoning is adjusted according to my own taste. I use a lot of lean meat. You can add a little more fat. Don't put the chives too early. The meat filling will be more fragrant when it is laid. If there is no electric baking pan, it can be baked in a pan.
