Grilled Chicken Heart

Clean up the fat and blood vessels of the chicken heart, cut it open with a knife (be careful not to cut it in half), remove the blood serum inside, and soak it for 1 hour

After soaking the blood in the water, wash and control the moisture

As shown in the picture, prepare the pickling materials, the amount can be added according to personal taste (minced ginger)

Marinate for at least half an hour

Barbecuing ingredients (chili, cumin, cumin, salt) can be prepared during the marinating process. Mine was made with a food processor, if there is powder at home, I will save this one

After marinating, you can choose to put on skewers according to personal preference or put it directly in a baking tray covered with tin foil, brush oil, oven 200 degrees, take out after 10 minutes, sprinkle with barbecue ingredients, turn it over, and bake for another 10 minutes
Tips:
If you put too much salt during the previous marinating, you can avoid adding salt in the following seasoning to prevent it from being too salty.
