Ground Soft Tofu Buns

Take proper amount of flour, add sugar and baking powder, and ferment more than twice as soft noodles with warm water.

The fermented noodles are mixed with alkali powder, knead well and exhausted, and then fermented for 20 minutes.

Soak the ground soft in advance and rinse it several times.

Vermicelli, tofu, carrots and green onions are ready.

Wash the floor softly, dry it and set aside.

Chop the side dishes and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry the tofu cubes, add carrots and chopped green onions, and stir-fry.

Add vermicelli and soft ground.

Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, five-spice powder and ginger powder and mix well.

Add salt to taste.

The noodle rubbing sticks that have woken up are rolled into skins with a knife of the same size.

Put in the soft tofu filling and wrap it.

Wrap them one by one and put them in the cage.

Put the steam on the boiling water pot and steam for 15 minutes.

Don't rush to turn it on when the time is up. Turn off the heat and steam for two minutes.
