[home Cooking] Braised Chicken Wings in Brown Sauce
1.
Wash the chicken wings and stamp them on small pieces for later use.
2.
Cut the scallion, ginger, chili and set aside.
3.
Also, adjust a bowl of juice first; add water, tea, pepper, salt and monosodium glutamate together and stir well.
4.
Heat oil from a pan to sauté the ginger and chili.
5.
Pour the chicken wings and stir fry together.
6.
Pour in the freshly adjusted bowl of juice, (you can also add a little water in an appropriate amount), then cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
7.
When the braising time is up, adjust half a bowl of cornstarch water to thicken the chicken wings when they are done, and then add celery and stir fry.
8.
The fragrant braised chicken wings are ready.
Tips:
Chicken is relatively easy to cook, so the braising time should not be too long, as the meat will not be tender after a long time.
