Ingredients: pork, cabbage, dried ginger, shallots, star anise, seasoning: chicken powder, salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce

Soak the dried cabbage in warm water beforehand and cut into sections for later use. Salt the pork for a while.

Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil to heat. Saute the shallots and the ginger slices and stir-fry for a taste.

Pour the dried cabbage into the pan and stir-fry, about 5 minutes.

Turn to high heat, pour in the marinated meat and stir fry.

Wait until the meat changes color.

Add appropriate amount of water and add star anise to taste.

Add chicken powder, sugar, oyster sauce and add a bit of dark soy sauce for color.

Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
10.
Finally, turn the heat to a boil and collect the juice.
11.
Stewed pork with dried vegetables.
