Homemade Braised Cakes

Shred the cabbage, shred the cake, shred the fungus, beat the two eggs, cut the green onion into small pieces, and cut the garlic into small pieces. Put soy sauce, braised soy sauce, salt, pepper, and some warm water in a bowl and mix well, adjust the water ingredients. This is all the seasoning.

Pour the oil when the pan is hot. It needs more than normal stir-frying. After the oil is hot, break the star anise under medium heat and add the chopped green onions after sautéing. After the scallions are fragrant, add the chopped cabbage and stir-fry until most of the vegetables are soft.

Then add fungus and stir fry a few times

Put the cake shreds in the pan, spread it on the cabbage and fungus, pour in the sauce prepared before, and place the garlic on the cake. Cover for 2 to 3 minutes.

After two minutes, open the lid, add a little bit of water, add the previously fried eggs into the pan, stir fry everybody, and you can get out of the pan.
