Homemade Dumplings

Add a small amount of cold water to the flour and stir the flour into a flocculent shape with chopsticks.

Knead the flour into a smooth dough with your hands. Leave it on a damp cloth for half an hour.

For pork filling, add five-spice powder, chicken powder, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and stir in one direction.
