Homemade Pork Floss

Remove the tendons and oily film on the surface of the pork loin.

Cut into 3 cm square pieces along the texture of the meat.

Add star anise, shallots and ginger slices to the pot. Pour the lean meat and a little water that is flush with the meat into the pot. After boiling, skim the froth and simmer for 1 hour. Drain the cooked meat and remove it to let cool

Put the lean meat in the fresh-keeping bag and knock it loose with a rolling pin

Tear into filaments (you can use a food processor to break up the meat in this step)

Then put the crushed meat into the barrel of the DL-T29 magic cloud bread machine, add vegetable oil, light soy sauce, salt and white sugar; select menu 21 meat floss function, start the DL-T29 bread machine, until the meat is crispy and dry. (Pay attention to the state of meat floss, and end the program ahead of schedule)

Spread the meat floss out to cool, put it in a sealed fresh-keeping box, and store it in the refrigerator.
Tips:
1. The cooking time is too long, pay attention to the amount of water to avoid drying the pot.
2. The fascia on the surface of the loin must be cleaned, otherwise the floss will affect the taste and looseness.
3. You can use a rolling pin to break the meat without tearing it up by hand, and then use the cooking machine to break the meat into pieces.
