Homemade Stewed Hemp Food

Prepare ingredients, soak yellow flowers, soybeans, and fungus vermicelli in cold water to soften them.

Mix flour with water to form a moderately hard dough, cover it and let it stand.

Wash the ingredients, dice potatoes, carrots, old tofu, mushrooms, celery, leeks, and prepare green onions, minced ginger, yellow flowers, and fungus into small pieces.

Soaked soybeans are cooked in a pot of boiling water.

Roll the dough into a cake.

Fold in half and cut into strips.

Sprinkle some flour.

Take a piece of noodles in your left hand, and use your thumb to rub the peanut-sized noodles into a hollow numbing food (pictured).

Sprinkle some flour after kneading to avoid sticking of sesame food.

Put the oil in a pot, heat up the green onions and ginger to stir up the aroma, pour in the sliced potatoes, carrots, and diced celery.

Add salt, soy sauce, and thirteen spices and fry for a few minutes (medium heat).

Put vermicelli.

Pour in the cooked soybeans.

Add yellow flowers and fungus and stir well.

Pour the ribs soup and tofu over medium-low heat and stir to taste.

The stewed vegetables are mature and turn off the heat.

Put water in a boiling pot and bring to a boil. After the sesame food is cooked, add the fried stew, cook for a while to taste.

Serve with leeks. Adjust the chili oil and vinegar as needed when eating.
