Honey Sauce Pork Jerky

The minced pork is seasoned with salt, oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, cornstarch, honey, white sugar, and marinated overnight.

Use appropriate amount of honey and dark soy sauce to make dark soy honey water.

A microwave oven with hot air function (or oven can also be used) to preheat with hot air at 200°C for 5 minutes. Line the baking tray with tin foil and grease the tin foil.

Roll the minced pork into thin pieces of the roasting pan, spread it on the roasting pan, coat with soy sauce honey water and sprinkle with white sesame seeds, put it in a microwave oven and bake with hot air at 200℃ for 20 minutes.

Take out and turn it over, smear with honey water, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and bake for 15 minutes. If there is juice at the bottom, pour out the juice first, and put two chopsticks on the bottom of the pork to stand up the pork to avoid the juice from making the meat not dry enough.
