Hot and Sour Jelly

Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil

Stir the pea flour with water and add some salt at the same time to taste. Don't have pimple.

After the water boils, change the heat to a low heat, pour the melted pea flour into the hot water pot at a constant speed, and stir evenly.

Stir over a slow heat, wait until the pea flour becomes viscous and can be hung on the spoon, then you can take it out of the pot and put it in the pot until it cools.

Cut dried red pepper into small sections, mince garlic, put in a porcelain bowl, pour in hot oil and fragrant.

After the jelly has solidified, cut into pieces (I think large pieces are enjoyable to eat.) Pour in the mixed hot and sour sauce, and you can serve it on the table.
