Hot and Sour Noodles

Soak the sweet potato flour in warm water for half an hour.

Put the soaked sweet potato flour in a pot and cook.

Soak the cooked sweet potato flour in cold water for a while, remove it and put it in a bowl.

Stir-fry the peanuts in the pan until fragrant and serve.

Boil water spinach in boiling water and set aside.
