Hot and Sour Potato Chips

Peel and slice potatoes, wash twice with water and set aside.

Cut green peppers, red peppers, green onions, garlic and put them on a plate for later use.

Heat oil in a pot, add green onion, garlic, red pepper and saute until fragrant.

Pour the potatoes and stir fry. If you want to eat noodles, fry it for a longer time, and if you want to eat crunchy, it will be shorter. When the potatoes turn yellow, add light soy sauce and stir fry with balsamic vinegar.
