Hot and Sour White Radish Shreds

Wash fresh white radish, carrots and shallots and set aside.

Remove the head and tail of the white radish, remove the beard, and cut evenly into shreds.

Cut the carrots into even filaments and put them in the basin together with the shredded white radish.

Chop garlic, chopped green onion.
5.
Place the chopped green onion, minced garlic and dried chili noodles on top of the shredded radish.

Ignite the wok into the oil and heat it up.

Spread the hot oil quickly and evenly on the chili noodles, green onion, and minced garlic.

Add salt, monosodium glutamate, light soy sauce and vinegar and stir well.
9.
Just install it.
Tips:
Cut the radish slices as evenly as possible, thinner, easier to taste.
The proportion of seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste.
When the oil is splashed, the temperature is higher and the taste will be better.
