Huoxiang Crucian Carp

Pour a spoonful of cooking wine, pepper, and salt into the rinsed drain. Marinate for 10 minutes!

Preheat the large hot pot and add appropriate amount of oil. Turn the oil to a low heat and pour in the marinated crucian carp.

Pour the hot oil in the pot over low heat into the mashed pickled pepper and bean paste, stir-fry the garlic cloves slowly, add a good amount of water! Add 2 drops of soy sauce, a teaspoon of sugar, salt and chicken essence!

Pour the fried crucian carp into low heat and simmer for 5 minutes to taste.

Simmer for 5 minutes, so delicious!

Prepare soy flour, add a little water, pour in the sauce and turn to medium heat until frothy.

Pour the sauce and sprinkle with ageraiser, spring onions, and coriander!
Tips:
Note that the heat is very important to the tenderness of the crucian carp. Those who like to eat Chinese pepper can add an appropriate amount to taste better!
