I Noodles with Minced Pork and Tomatoes—jiesai Private Kitchen

Boil the noodles with hot water to soften, remove the dried water for use;

Peel and dice eggplant, mince pork belly;
3.
Pour oil in the pot, add diced eggplant, seasoning, minced pork belly, noodles, soybean sprouts and water in sequence;
4.
Cover the pot and start the [dry pot] function;
5.
After the cooking is over, stir the ingredients in the pot evenly.
Tips:
1. Sprinkle shallots in the pan to make it taste better.
