Jade Cabbage and Pork Dumplings

Chop the pork into fillings.

Chop the green onions and minced the fish meat into the pot together.
3.
Add the remaining seasoning and stir well.
4.
Wash and chop cabbage.
5.
Squeeze the water and add it to the prepared meat filling and mix well.
6.
Add eggs and squeezed spinach juice to the flour.
7.
Knead into a smooth dough.
8.
Roll the kneaded dough into a dumpling wrapper.
9.
Wrap into dumplings and cook them in a pot.
Tips:
Cover the kneaded dough with a wet dragon cloth and wake up for 10 minutes, then knead it several times.
