Jade White Jade Vegetarian Dumplings

Prepare two portions of flour, water, and spinach juice squeezed in advance. Mix the water and spinach juice with flour separately, knead them into two smooth doughs, set aside, and wake up for an hour.

When the noodles are soaking up, you can make dumpling fillings. Heat the oil first, add more oil, add the egg liquid after the oil is boiled, and fry them. Use a spatula to break the eggs as much as possible.

Boil water in a pot, add mung bean sprouts to boil for 2 minutes after the water boils.
