Kidney Bean Buns
1.
Flour, water, and salt were put into the bread machine before. Normal all-purpose flour can be mixed with water 2:1.
2.
The bread machine can directly select the dough. (Bocui's bread machine can directly select a mix program)
3.
Wash the kidney beans and dice, and cut the pork into small dices. Prepare some chopped green onions and ginger.
4.
Prepare a pot, add vegetable oil to the hot pot, add minced ginger, minced garlic, and minced meat to fry until fragrant.
5.
Then pour in the light soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir fry evenly.
6.
Then pour diced kidney beans.
7.
Add a little salt, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, and stir-fry until the kidney beans are 8-9 well cooked.
8.
Take out the fermented dough and knead it until smooth.
9.
Then divide into small doses and squash.
10.
Use a rolling pin to roll into a round piece, a little thicker in the center.
11.
Wrap it with cool fillings.
12.
Fold it in half and pinch the edges.
13.
Add enough water to the steamer to arrange the buns neatly.
14.
The electric pottery stove can be directly timed for 22-25 minutes. If there is an open flame, it will be 8-10 minutes after the steam appears. Of course, this time is not absolute. It also depends on the size of your buns and the condition of your tools, for reference only.
15.
You can take it out for 1-2 minutes after turning off the heat.
Tips:
1. Kidney beans must be well-ripe, otherwise they are poisonous, so be careful.
2. If you don't have a small partner with a bread machine, it is best to choose warm water for making noodles.
