Korean Cold Noodles

Shred the cucumber and carrot, slice the tomato and ham (the qq sausage I used), mince the spicy cabbage, coriander and green onion

Lift the cold boiled water and put it in the refrigerator. Add sweet and sour salt, monosodium glutamate, mix the sauce, soy sauce, and chili noodles to make the juice. Soak the cold noodles for half an hour. Remove and boil in boiling water for 5 to 8 minutes. Mix together
