Korean Cold Noodles

250g cold noodles, 20g sugar, 10g vinegar
10g minced garlic, 6g apple slices, 5g chili powder
10g light soy sauce, 15g shredded cucumber, 3g ground coriander
10g sliced tomatoes, 3g ripe sesame seeds, 2g salt

Add water, soak the cold noodles until soft, set aside

Add minced garlic, light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chili powder, cooked sesame seeds to the bowl, then add salt, sugar, and purified water

Mix well and put in the refrigerator for later use

Shred the cucumber, slice the apple, and mince the coriander

After soaking the cold noodles, put it in the pot, boil and remove

Place the side dishes and top with the chilled soup
Tips:
1. If you like to eat cool, you can add some ice cubes
