Lazy Appetizing Chicken Noodles

Add water to the pot, add 1 piece of chicken breast, 20ml cooking wine, 10 peppercorns, 4 slices of ginger, 15g shallots, and 2 star anises. Boil on high heat and cook for about 17 minutes.

Take out the chicken breasts in ice water and tear them into filaments

Put 15g of light soy sauce, 10g of mature vinegar, 20g of sesame paste, 5g of pepper oil, 5g of sesame oil, 40g of chili oil, 5g of white sugar, 3g of salt, chopped green onion, minced garlic, and 20g of cooked peanuts in a bowl and stir well.

Put water in a pot and boil, add the noodles and cook until 80% cooked, remove the ice water, drain and put into a bowl

Pour the sauce, put on the shredded chicken and cucumber
