1. Boil the noodles with hot water to soften, remove the dried water for use;
2. Peel and dice eggplant, mince pork belly;
3. Pour oil in the pot, add diced eggplant, seasoning, minced pork belly, noodles, soybean sprouts and water in sequence;
4. Cover the pot and start the function of [Dry pan] ([Dry pan frying]/[Smart cooking]);
5. After the cooking is over, stir the ingredients in the pot evenly.
1. Sprinkle shallots in the pan to make it taste better.
