Leek Box
1.
Soak the vermicelli in boiling water for 15 minutes.
2.
Mix the noodles with half of the boiling water and half of the cold water to make the dough softer. Cover the lid and let the noodles rise.
3.
Put the eggs in a bowl and beat them up, add some salt, put more oil in the hot pan, pour the egg liquid into the pan, and use a spatula to keep dividing into small pieces. (You don’t need to put oil and salt when putting leeks, it's easy to get water)
4.
Drain the vermicelli and cut into small pieces.
5.
Chop the leeks into fine pieces.
6.
Put the leeks, eggs, and vermicelli together in a basin, add five-spice powder and sesame oil and mix well.
7.
Roll the dough into long strips and cut into the size you like.
8.
Roll out the agent into a round dough that is slightly thicker in the middle and thinner around.
9.
Put the filling in the middle of the dough, pinch the sides tightly, and make the boxes in turn.
10.
Heat the electric baking pan, put more base oil, put the boxes in order, brush a little oil on the top, and close the lid.
11.
After the box is shaped, turn it over repeatedly, and fry slowly on low heat until golden on both sides.
12.
A box of fried leeks.
