Leek Dumplings

Beat the eggs, wash the leeks, cut them well and set aside.

Put the oil in the pan to preheat for two minutes.

Pour in the eggs and fry them until the egg liquid is solidified.

Shovel out all the seasonings for eggs and chives and stir well.

Knead with flour and water until smooth, cover and touch for 30 minutes.

After waking up, take a piece of dough and arrange it into strips and cut into small pieces.

Add a little flour to make thin slices.

Add the right amount of leek stuffing and wrap it into your favorite dumplings.

Add a proper amount of water to the pot. After the water is boiled, add the dumplings and cook for about three minutes to remove. Dip in some vinegar sauce or chili oil sauce and enjoy.
Tips:
Don’t cook for too long. The skin is thin and delicious. The leek has some moisture. It is not eaten right away after wrapping. After wrapping, dip the dumplings with some flour.
