Leek Meat Dumplings

Wash and chop the meat, add cooking wine, five-spice powder or thirteen spices, add oyster sauce, pepper oil, pepper powder, soy sauce, green onion ginger, peanut oil and sesame oil. Mix well and chill in the refrigerator.

Cut the leeks into small pieces and mix with peanut oil or sesame oil to prevent water from getting out; chop water chestnuts, add flavored meat fillings, and add a little salt and seasonings.
