Lo Mei Bento Meal
1.
Preparation of lo-mei ingredients.
2.
I bought a thin and thick tofu skin, put the whole piece in a pot of boiling water and scalded it, and dried it after removing it.
3.
Cut the tofu skin into strips, knot and set aside.
4.
Prepare the aniseed.
5.
Add water to the rice cooker, adjust light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and braised soy sauce. Put the pork in and cook it first to add flavor to the stewed soup.
6.
Put the eggs in a pot of cold water and cook them and remove their shells for later use.
7.
After the pork is boiled for an hour, add chicken legs, eggs, tofu skin, dried flowers, adjust the salt, add rock sugar and cook for half an hour.
8.
Marinated tofu knots.
9.
Let cool with the soup and store in the refrigerator.
10.
For the bento box, I paired meat beans and fruit.
11.
Break the beans into sections and put them in the stewed soup. Put chicken legs, eggs, and tofu skin on top to heat them together. The beans are just cooked.
12.
Put all the code in the Utillife bento box, and put it in the microwave oven when it is cold.
Tips:
If you like spicy food, you can put some pepper and dried chili in the brine.
