Meat Fire

Put eggs, water, flour, baking powder into the bread machine

Set it to the dough mode and you are ready to chop the stuffing

I use minced meat, put onion, ginger, five-spice powder, pepper powder, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt and chop

After the chop is finished, put some oil in the basin and add some water (because the stuffing is a bit dry, adding some water will not die)

Once the filling is chopped, the noodles will be ready. Take out the noodles and divide them into pieces. The filling is 90g of dough on fire. The rest of the noodles want to be cooked the next morning, so I will make it smaller, 60g each. There is not much flesh in the middle, you can put more meat

Knead the processed noodles

Roll the dough into a cake

Put in an appropriate amount of minced meat and wrap it in pleats like a steamed bun

Burn the wrapped folds down and roll it out with a rolling pin

Wrap the remaining fire in the same way and let it wake up

Just knead the unfilled ones and roll out a piece to wake up

When the fire wakes up to double the original size, preheat the electric baking pan and put it on the fire

Turn it over again when it's almost burned

Bake the remaining fillings and turn off the upper plate, open the lower plate, set the fire upright and burn the sides to avoid the fillings being unripe

After baking, burn the fire without filling and put it in the electric baking pan

The same method as the stuffing fire, burn the rest of the fire, and forget to take pictures in the middle.
