Melaleuca Scallion Pancake

Shallots, chopped green onions

Put salt, sesame, and five-spice powder into a small bowl, heat the oil and put it for 15 seconds, pour it into the small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of flour about 10g, and make it into shortbread

Mix flour and water to form dough into dough, wrap it with plastic wrap, and let it stand for 15 minutes

Knead the dough into a smooth dough and roll it out with a rolling pin

Roll out the noodles to a thickness of about 2mm.

Spread the shortbread evenly on the dough and sprinkle with chopped green onion

Fold the dough and twist it into a twist shape

Divide into 4 portions, plate into a small ball, roll out into a cake

Preheat the electric baking pan and pour the oil, put the cake in the pan and fry until both sides are browned
