Millet Steamed Tofu Meatballs

A small amount of pork is chopped into meat. Add eggs, salt, and pepper noodles. Chopped green onion with a little water starch. Stir evenly with cooking wine.

Old tofu. Put it in the minced meat. Crush it vigorously (it must be old tofu, it won't take shape when it is tender.)

Add five-spice powder and salad oil. Mix and stir with the meat again.

Until fully integrated. Leave it for ten minutes.

Millet soaks one hour in advance. Drain the water.

Pull a piece of tofu filling with your hand. Roll it into balls.

Coat the millet evenly.

Tips:
