Recently, I fell in love with eating steamed buns, mainly because it’s hot in summer and don’t want to stir-fry. You can just make soy milk in the morning and eat hot steamed buns. They are really delicious. This time I made delicious eggplant buns.

Minced Meat and Eggplant Buns

1. 700 grams of flour ready

2. Then add 7 grams of yeast

3. Then add water

4. ACA bread machine soft

5. Then send it to twice the size

6. Round eggplant ready

7. Then peeled and cut into small pieces

8. Add all the chopped eggplants to the bowl

9. Then add salt

10. Stir and marinate for half an hour

11. Pork cut into small pieces

12. Then add it to the meat mixer and beat

13. The marinated eggplant squeezes out the water

14. All the pork is beaten

15. Mix the squeezed eggplant with the beaten pork

16. Then stir well

17. Add soy sauce

18. Add five spice powder

19. Add steamed fish and tempeh

20. Then add cooking wine and chicken essence

21. Stir well

22. The made dough is soft and exhausted to wake up for half an hour

23. Cut into small pieces

24. Roll into dough

25. Then wrap it with stuffing

26. Pinch the stuffed buns tightly

27. Then put it in the steamer

28. Steam in a pot under cold water for 15 minutes

Tips:

Mine are all steamed buns in a pot under cold water. It takes about 15 minutes to marinate the eggplant and remove the moisture. It tastes better
