Mushroom Meatball Soup

Prepare raw materials

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and engrave the pattern. The steps of engraving the pattern can be omitted

Cut the ginger and shallots into white onion

Minced pork, don’t beat it too finely

Beat in the eggs, add chopped green onions, ginger, salt, and black pepper, mix well

Add the pepper water in batches, stir in one direction, then add the appropriate amount of starch and sesame oil in sequence, and stir evenly

Add shiitake mushrooms

Tips:
1. Pork is more delicious if it is three-point fat and seven-point lean;
2. When the meatballs are put in, turn on a small fire;
3. The pepper water is the water filtered after boiling the pepper with a little water.
