Mushroom Vegetable Noodle Soup

Wash the green onions and set aside, and shred the carrots.

Wash mushrooms and vegetables for later use.

Cut tomatoes into cubes.

Round mushroom slices.

Cut pleurotus eryngii into pieces.

Dice asparagus and shred lettuce.

Cut the luncheon meat into strips and set aside.

Boil water in a pot

Add tomatoes after boiling

Add the vermicelli after the tomatoes are cooked

Tips:
There are no regulations on what to put in the ingredients. The mushroom itself is very fresh, just add more onion and pepper to taste great.
