Mustard Meat Buns

Wash the pork, peel and cut into pieces, grind the pork into minced meat for later use, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, salt, sugar, and rice wine to the meat, mix well

Wash the mustard stalks, slice the mustard stalks and then cut into shreds. Stir in the mustard shreds with salt and sesame oil, so that the mustard shreds are covered with sesame oil and slightly softened.
