I love noodles, the sauce can be varied, fragrant dried and pork, and sweet noodle sauce, simple and fast frying, very good with noodles.

Noodles with Dried Pork Sauce

1. Pork, incense, dry clean

2. Cut the pork into cubes, add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and starch, stir evenly and marinate for 10 minutes

3. Diced dried fragrant

4. Start the frying pan, stir the scallion and ginger into the pan and stir fry the pork

5. Stir-fry until the meat changes color, fragrant dry and fry in the pan

6. Stir-fry with sweet noodle sauce

7. Stir fry for aroma, stir fry with salt

8. Stir-fry with MSG, turn off the heat and set aside

9. Add water to a boil in a boiling pot, and boil the noodles in the pot

10. Boil it out and put it in cold boiling water to cool too much

11. After it's cool, remove the drained water and place it in a bowl

12. Add the ingredients and mix evenly and enjoy

Tips:

Xianggan is a soybean product, and in some places it is called dried bean curd.
The fragrant dry has a taste, and the sweet noodle sauce is also salty. The amount of salt should be controlled.
The combination of sauces and ingredients is based on personal preference.
