I heard from my mother that in a small city, most of the shops in that commercial street belonged to my grandfather’s house. Only two of them were not rented to outsiders. One was a silver shop, which was a business that my grandfather started after breaking through the Guandong. It is said that there is also a restaurant whose signature is pie.

My grandma's shortbread and pies are delicious, but unfortunately my mother didn't learn it. I used to eat only. I didn't think of learning until I couldn't eat it anymore. Unfortunately, the person who could teach me is no longer there.
The “craft” of cooking was originally used to please the children. From dark cooking to a big meal alone, the number of dishes that can be taken is increasing day by day.

It's the family pie, I never learned it.
