[plain Happiness] Simple Pork Knuckles with Garlic Sauce

Wash the trotters.

Cut into pieces, put directly into the pot, put ginger slices, green onions, aniseed, light soy sauce.

Add more water and bring to a boil. After removing the blood foam, turn to low heat and simmer for more than an hour.
