Poached Pork Slices

Cut the pork loin into thin slices and wash it several times with clean water.

Add salt, pepper, light soy sauce and cooking wine and stir well.

Add two spoons of cornstarch and mix well.

Add a spoonful of cooking oil and stir evenly to marinate for 10 minutes.

Wash enoki mushrooms, bean skins, bean sprouts, fungus, and greens.

Prepare green onion, ginger, garlic, chili segments and peppercorns (forgot to shoot the peppercorns).

Pour oil in the pot, and fry the onion, ginger, garlic, chili and peppercorns to create a fragrance.

Add two spoons of bean paste and stir fry to get the red oil.

Bring water to a boil in a pot.

After the water is boiled, use a colander to remove the seasoning residue.

Add 1 tablespoon of sugar, a little pepper and light soy sauce.
12.
Add a spoonful of oyster sauce.
13.
Bring bean sprouts, fungus, enoki mushrooms and tofu skin to a boil.

Put the greens in and boil.
15.
Use a slotted spoon to scoop all the dishes into a large bowl.

Then put the marinated meat slices in.

Cook it and transfer it to a bowl. Add chili, peppercorns and minced garlic on top.

Burn oil in a pot, and when the oil is smoking, pour the oil on top and sprinkle with chopped green onion for decoration
