A Northeast special delicacy, using Northeast pickled cabbage, sour and appetizing, delicious.

Pork Sauerkraut Dumplings

1. Add the flour and water to form a dough, let stand for 30 minutes

2. Oily residue squeezed from pork fat

3. Minced pork

4. Chopped sauerkraut

5. Chopped green onions and put them together with pork and oil residue

6. Put in light soy sauce

7. Add pepper powder

8. Add the oil and stir evenly

9. Add sauerkraut

10. Season with salt

11. Stir well and set aside

12. Roll the noodles into long strips and pull them into small potions

13. After squashing, roll it into a thick dough with thin edges in the middle

14. Make dumplings

Tips:

There is a lot of oil in the oil residue, so don't put too much oil in the stuffing.
