Pork Slices and Fried Onions~

The pork slices are marinated with half a spoon of salt, half a spoon of oil, and a spoon of cooking wine

Onion peeled

You don’t need to peel the onion one by one because it will separate naturally when you fry.

Pour the pork in the heating pan, stir fry both sides and add onion

After adding onions, add 0.6 tablespoon of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of salt and two tablespoons of water, cover and cook. When cooking, there may be a smell that irritates the eyes and makes the eyes watery hahaha

Once the onion is cooked, you can serve it
Tips:
When cutting the onion, if you are afraid of irritating your eyes, you can put the UI in the water and cut it so that you won’t be teary.
I don’t like to eat soft onions. You don’t need to cook for so long, but make sure they are cooked, otherwise the taste will be strange (I personally think)
