Pork Stew Noodles

Soak the vermicelli in warm water and rinse.

Cut the pork into thin slices, soak the vermicelli until soft, remove and drain.

Put the oil in the pot and heat to 7 minutes, saute the garlic and red pepper, pour in the meat slices and stir fry to get the oil.

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, and sugar.

Stir quickly evenly.

Add a proper amount of water, add the vermicelli, add salt, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Tips:
1. It is best to add enough water for stewing at a time. If there is not enough water during the stewing process, remember to add boiling water;
2. If you like to eat large pieces of meat, you can cut the pork into pieces, and then increase the cooking time.
