Pork Stewed Tofu

Wash the tofu and soft slices, soak the vermicelli in water to soften, wash the fungus, and shred the green onion and ginger.

Put the oil in the pan, add the green onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant. Add the pork and pepper aniseed powder and light soy sauce to stir fry.

After the meat changes color, put it in cold water and bring it to a boil. Turn to a low heat for about 5 minutes. Add tofu, fungus and vermicelli.

Bring to a boil, wait until the noodles are cooked, add some salt to taste, and finally put some chopped green onion and monosodium glutamate into the pot.
