Pork Stuffed Tofu Bubbles

Choose more square tofu bubble.

Chop pork into minced meat, add chopped onion, salt, light soy sauce, and thirteen spices to mix into minced meat.

Soak tofu in clean water and rinse.

Soak the tofu with a knife and prepare to stuff the meat.
5.
Use chopsticks to stuff the minced meat into the tofu bubble.
6.
Stuff all the tofu bubble with meat filling.
7.
Mince ginger and garlic.
8.
Saute minced ginger garlic and light soy sauce in a frying pan.
9.
Soak the tofu and stir fry.
10.
Add water, add salt and simmer until the soup is dry.
11.
You can leave some soup to taste better, I stewed it dry.
