Potato Noodles

Knead the dough and let it stand for ten minutes. (Knead it twice in the middle)

Peel the potatoes, pick up the spinach, and wash all the ingredients.

After shredded potatoes, wash them out to control the water! Green peppers, spinach (spinach cut to lengthen), tomatoes, cut well and set aside. (Add some tomato sauce to the cut tomatoes, if you don’t have tomato sauce at home, you don’t need to add one more tomato)
