A very favorite braised rice with vegetables and meat, one meal and one soup when everything is fine on Sundays, a good whole day

Potato Stew

1. Prepare fresh pork belly, potatoes, green onion and ginger

2. Sliced pork belly, sliced potatoes, shredded green onion and ginger

3. Then cook the rice normally

4. Add some oil to the pan

5. Stir-fry the scallions and ginger, and then choose not to

6. Stir-fry pork belly with green onion oil, add proper amount of cooking wine to remove fishy

7. The pork belly is poured out of the oil and poured into the rice pot
