Potatoes and Eggplant

First cut the pork into slices, add the cooking wine and starch and grab it by hand.

Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces.

Wash the eggplant.

Put oil in the pan, add the meat slices and stir fry.

Fry until the flesh turns white.
6.
Add cooking wine and soy sauce.
7.
Add potatoes and stir fry.
8.
Stir-fry evenly, add salt, sugar and appropriate amount of water.
9.
Break the eggplant into small pieces by hand, and stir-fry evenly in the pan. Boil for 10 minutes.
10.
Add MSG to taste.
