Potatoes and Pork Pot Stickers

Peel and wash potatoes

Rub into silk with tools

Tips:
① When wiping potato shreds, use a mold for wiping thick shreds, and don’t chop too much when you chop stuffing.
②After adding water to the pot, use a low fire to slowly dry the water, otherwise it will be easy to stick to the pot
